Inevitably you will have problems at work you need to solve so you will need to apply some critical thinking to define your development action plan for your work experience.
There may be actions and goals you may need to achieve to improve your personal effectiveness at solving problems you are unfamiliar and which you will need to produce quantitative results for their solution.
